The Festival of Lights usually takes place every February.  The purpose of this "winterfest" is to have some fun and kick away those wintertime blues!

Events at past Festivals have included a spaghetti feed, a mashmellow roast, dancing, crafts, kids activities, ice fishing, fireworks, and the ever popular Polar Bear Plunge!  Lou Roach (below) takes a dive in February 2004.
